** Favorite New Recipes **

     Bountiful Breakfast:
1. Gluten-Free Oatmeal Delight:
Ingredients: 
Bob's Red Mill- Whole Grain Rolled Oats
Directions:
Cook Oatmeal according to package, then add:
1 tsp Shredded Coconut
1 tsp of Organic Dried Cranberries
1 tsp of Organic Cinnamon
handful of chopped Almonds
1 tsp Raw Wild Honey drizzled on top
** Serve and watch the kids Devour this scrumptious breakfast meal!
2. Scrambled Eggs & Greens
Lunch Munch:
1. Egg-Fried Brown Rice Recipe
(I used the recipe as a guide but used Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Eggs, and Organic Sweet Peas!)
2. Everything Salad:
    1 Avocado
    Mixed Salad Greens
    1 Red Onion





Dinner Recipes:










1. Grilled Sea Bass
2. Marinated Turkey Breasts
3. Italian Style Flounder
4. Vegetarian Chili
(I added cooked Brown Rice to the chili when there was only 10 minutes of cooking time left.  It soaked up the flavor and made the meal heartier!)
5. Bok Choy Stir-Fry I marinated some chicken, grilled it on the BBQ and tossed it in with the Stir-Fry
6. Steamed, Stuffed, Artichoke - Great Grandma Mary's Recipe
ingredients:   4 Large Organic Artichokes
Stuffing ingredients:
1 cup breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 cloves of chopped garlic
1/4 cup parm. cheese
3 tsp of fresh chopped parsley

1. Cut off stems, cut the tips of leaves, turn upside down & make a cross in stem.
2. Emerse artichokes in cold water, place face down & push on step to open leaves all around.
3. Add stuffing - just mix all other ingredients together to make breadcrumbs and stuff about 1/4 cup into the top/middle of each artichoke
4. Place all artichokes, face up, in a large Pot.  Drizzle 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil over each top of artichoke & in pan and add a good amount of salt & Pepper all over artichokes.
5. Add 1 1//2" of water to bottom of the pot, then drizzle the rest of the artichokes & more salt & pepper
6. Turn stove to medium-high heat setting and bring to a boil
7. Once boiling, cover the pan with a lid and turn to Lowest-Heat Setting
8. Cook for approx. 4 hours
9.  Continue to add water so the artichokes don't burn.
10. Pull off a stem from closer to center and taste.   If it comes out easily & is soft - it is done!


7.  Grilled Pineapple-Chicken


Veggies Delight:
1. Rutabaga and Carrot Purée'
2. Comforting Cabbage
3. Broccoli Rabe
Desserts:
1. Gluten Free Applesauce Muffins (thanks Phyllis): Can be made with Pumpkin or Bananas!

















2. Homemade Sorbet:
1 Cup Ice
1/3 Cup Organic Cane Sugar (OR Raw Honey)
1 pound frozen Strawberries (or fruit of your choice)
1 Cup non-dairy Yogurt (So Delicious)
** Place all ingredients into Blender and blend 30-60 seconds. Do not over mix or melting may occur.
3.  Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Strawberry Ice Cream
Snack Attack:
1. Kale Chips
2. Raw, no cook, Chocolate Pudding:
    ‎3 Avocados, 1/2 cup Cacao powder, 1/4 cup Agave, 1/4 cup Raw Honey, 3 Tablespoons Vanilla - Blend until WARM!!!           Top with slices of banana and chopped nuts!!!

  4. Good Luck Liz!!! Hope it was YUMMY! One thing I found was that it tends to melt fast, so next time I want to make it in advance and freeze it for a few hours. Can't wait to hear how it came out!
